Our items ship to the UK and the EEA (European Economic Area).

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 5 working days for ready-to-wear products.

 

IMPORTANT : some of our products are made to order, like our bags, so this may extend the dispatch time.

Please refer to the specific product page to see our estimated delivery time.

For more information, do not hesitate to contact us.

Pre-orders traditionally take a little more time to be dispatched than the RTW products but we make sure you are at the top of our list :)

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days from receiving your order for the Ready-to-Wear products.  

Please note that this does not apply to made-to-order products. 

Shipping cost for returning the item is at the customer's charge and responsibility. We will issue your refund within 1-3 business days of receiving the products unworn and with its original packaging.

Please contact us prior to returning your order by email via aureliefontan.studio@gmail.com and fill our digital return form below to let us know why you would like to return the items.

Please include original packaging and label parcel accordingly to the return address stated on your invoice.

Please note that orders returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
