We accept returns within 14 days from receiving your order for the Ready-to-Wear products.  

Please note that this does not apply to made-to-order products. 

Shipping cost for returning the item is at the customer's charge and responsibility. We will issue your refund within 1-3 business days of receiving the products unworn and with its original packaging.

Please contact us prior to returning your order by email via aureliefontan.studio@gmail.com and fill our digital return form below to let us know why you would like to return the items.

Please include original packaging and label parcel accordingly to the return address stated on your invoice.

Please note that orders returned without prior contact may not be accepted.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 5 working days for ready-to-wear products. IMPORTANT : some of our products are made to order, like our bags, so this may extend the dispatch time.
